The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding.<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> （3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:<o:p></o:p> 2015年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投产物的制造商应具有1个项目的聚烯烃装置放射性仪表业绩，且单个合同放射性仪表数量大于或等于20台。聚烯烃装置包括聚丙烯装置、低密度聚乙烯装置、高密度聚乙烯装置、全密度聚乙烯装置（提供的业绩满足其中一个装置即可）。如果投标人为制造商所在集团内负责销售的公司，应提供该制造商的业绩。<o:p></o:p> From January 1 st , 2015to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the products suppliedby the bidder shall haveat least one projectRadioactive InstrumentsforPolyolefin Plantsperformance, and the number of Radioactive Instruments of single contract need to be greater than or equal to 20.Polyolefin plants include polypropylene plant, low-density polyethylene plant, high-density polyethylene plant, full-density polyethylene plant.
