本次招商共6个组段45个媒体，发布期均为3年，组段1、2、3、4、5媒体自2024年12月15日起至2027年12月14日止。 组段6媒体须进行硬件升级，合同期自2025年1月15日起至2027年1月14日止（其中2024年12月15日至2025年1月14日期间为拆除、建设、安装、调试等硬件升级所需时间，并不再因相关原因对发布期进行延长及广告费核减）；组段6媒体所涉及设备采购、拆除、更换、运输、安装等一切费用均由成交商承担。拆除所产生的废弃设备、设施由成交商进行处置，不得堆放、弃置于机场范围及相关法律法规不裕裕� 上述产生费用不再以任何形式进行广告费核减。 叁、参与招商公司资质要求 本次招商仅面向广告代理公司进行招商。广告代理公司资质要求为： （1）在中华人民共和国依法注册的公司法人。 （2）具有合法的国内广告发布和广告代理资质，具有合法的国内广告发布合广告代理资质，且应具有合法经营媒体项目的相关资质。（略）。 （4）截至2023年12月31日，具备2年以上广告经营经验。 （5）截至招商公告发出日（2024年11月20日）前两个年度内，在经营活动中未出现以商业贿赂等不正当竞争手段取得经营权的记录；无违法记录，无商标侵权行为，无虚假广告行为，无不正当竞争行为。 （6）与首都机场集团传媒有限公司合作范围内的合作中，截止2023年05月31日不存在2022年计提欠款情况。 （7）与招商方的合作中，参与招商公司及其关联公司截至2024年3月31日不存在200万（含）以上2023年计提欠款(除固定担保形式外)的情况。 （8）与招商方的合作中，截止招商公告发布日上一个月底（2024年10月31日），不存在当年度（2024年）叁个月（含）以上计提广告费欠款。 （9）截至招商公告发布日（2024年11月20日），与招商方不存在未结诉讼、仲裁案件，或未执行完毕的生效法律文书。
