The agent shall meet the following conditions for bidding:<br>① The bidder should provide a letter with original sole official authorized by Manufacturer for the bid；<br>② the Agent shall get registered in accordance with the local law for at least three years from the bid opening date and copies of valid registration documents such as business license shall be provided;<br>③ The bidder shall have sales performance for similar products in two different years within three years from the bid opening date.
