简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途:本项目拟通过公开招标的方式,选择一家合格的供应商为洋泾街道办事处工作人员提供早、午餐供应管理与服务,早、午餐均采用自选零点模式,早餐就餐人数120人左右,每日供应早餐不少于8个品种;午餐就餐人数300人左右,每周不少于65种菜品,并确保食品卫生安全。(具体详见第叁章采购需求书)
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:&The project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide breakfast and lunch supply management and services for the staff of Yangjing Street Office through public bidding, and the breakfast and lunch are selected in the à la carte mode, with about 120 people for breakfast, and no less than 8 varieties of breakfast are served every day; There are about 300 people for lunch, no less than 65 kinds of dishes per week, and food hygiene and safety are ensured. 合同履约期限:本项目一次招标叁年有效,合同签订采用一年一签,年度考核合格后进行合同续签。本次报价所涵盖的服务期限为合同签订之日起一年。

二、申请人的资格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(补)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定;
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(产)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求:(1)落实预留份额措施,提高中小公司在政府采购中的份额,扶持中小公司政策:本项目是专门面向中小公司采购,评审时中小公司产物均不执行价格折扣优惠。(2)残疾人福利性单位,并将其视同小微型公司。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:&(1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review.
