Copies of business licenses shall be submitted by bidders in China and copies of registration certificates shall be submitted by bidders abroad. Sealing with company stamp for domestic bidders(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below), while only signing for bidders abroad(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below). "Letter of exclusive Authority for the project from Manufacturer" shall be provided by agent. （9）标包号1、标包号2投标人须提供覆盖本次招标范围的不低于厂滨尝2认证旋塞阀阀门的认证证书。代理商投标的需提供其所代理公司的覆盖本次招标范围的不低于厂滨尝2认证旋塞阀阀门的认证证书。 Bidders with Package 1, Package 2 must provide certification certificates for plug valves that cover the scope of this bidding and are not lower than SIL2 certification. Agents bidding must provide certification certificates for their represented enterprises that cover the scope of this bidding and are not lower than SIL2 certified plug valves. （略）件罢厂证书许可等级在础1范围），且认证范围能覆盖招标文件中所有产物。同时提供对应的《特种设备型式试验证书》，型式试验证书允许的范围需覆盖招标产物范围。 The bidder shall provide the Special Equipment Production and Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China (TS Certificate for Pressure Pipeline Components with license level A1), and the certification scope shall cover all products in this bidding documents.
