Otherwise, the Bidders cannot enter into bidding procedures, and any consequence arisen thereafter shall be borne by Bidders.<br>（8）中国境内投标人须提供的营业执照副本复印件；中国境外投标人的公司须提供注册证明文件复印件(若是联合体投标,联合体成员均须提供)。投标人为中华人民共和国以内公司的（不含港澳台地区，下同），复印件需加盖公章；国外的（含港澳台地区，下同）只需被授权人签字。若是联合体投标，须提供各方签署的《联合体共同投标协议》（格式见第六章 附表5. 联合体共同投标协议）。<br>Copies of business licenses shall be submitted by domestical bidders, and copies of registration certificates shall be submitted by bidders abroad. Sealing with company stamp for domestic bidders, while only signing for bidders abroad(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below). In case of Joint Venture, all the members of the joint venture shall meet the above requirement, and the Joint Venture Agreement shall be signed. (format is as per Section 6 Attachment 5. Joint Venture Agreement).<br>（略）成套设备设施的制造商，并具备设备集成能力。如投标人为联合体，则联合体牵头方需满足此条件。本项目不接受代理商投标；须提供“制造商资格声明”（格式见第一册第四章格式滨痴-9-2）。<br>The Bidder shall be professional manufacturer of the neutralization unit , be possessed of equipment integration. In the case of a Joint Venture, the leading party of joint venture shall meet this condition. No agent is accepted to participate in the bid. “Manufacturer Qualification Statement” shall be provided (the format is as per IV-9-2 in Chapter IV of Volume I).<br>（10）投标人必须具有化工石化医药行业(化工工程)专业甲级工程设计资质及以上;上述资格证书在有效期内，并提供加盖投标人或联合体成员公章的正本扫描件。<br>The Bidder shall be licensed with the professional Grade A engineering certificate in Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical industry (Chemial Engineering). The valid and the scanned copy of the original of the above qualification certificates with official seal shall be provided.<br>（11）投标人须提供加盖投标人公章的在有效期内的职业健康安全管理体系、环境管理体系、质量管理体系认证证书的扫描件。<br>The bidder shall provide scanned copy of the valid occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, Environmental Management System Certification, and Quality Management System Certification，sealing with company stamp for domestic bidders, while only signing for bidders abroad(including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below).<br>（略）成套设备有效业绩至少1个(业绩清单格式见第六章附表1)。<br>Since January 1, 2013, the bidder shall be successfully experienced with at least 1 set of NEUTRALIZATION UNIT in SAP plants or similar acid base neutralization device (with a production capacity of 20-24t/h for neutralization solution).
